from Worthy Park Estate's white overproof rum, was a hit. Even
the women were lining up to sample this exciting drink with
65 per cent alcohol. Here, a CPJ representative serves two guests

CPJ and a super Sumfest
Devon Reid, Contributor
Jamaica's Number-one food service supplier once again did not disappoint
at this year's Reggae Sumfest.
Upon entering the grounds past the requisite security clearance,
there was the popular Rum-Bar Tent where complimentary shots of
Rum-Bar overproof rum chased with various Arizona Ice Tea flavours
and Red Bull were available. This 100 per cent Jamaican rum received
rave reviews for its smoothness and richness. This results from
its pot-still distillation, making it head and shoulders above other
rums in its category.
Hospitality Suite
Just past the Rum-Bar tent to the right, upstairs, was the, oh,
so popular CPJ Hospitality Suite.
Here, we converted four sky boxes into a virtual upscale setting
with a premium bar on one side and homely ambience with couches,
love seats, giant pillows and plants.
Several CPJ guests could be seen sipping Red Bull, Grey Goose,
Dewar's 12, Patron, Bombay Sapphire, Eldorado 21-Year-Old, Rum-Bar
overproof and premium wines.
In the middle of the field was Towering Red Bull tower. This metallic
intriguing structure hoisted some 40 feet became like the statue
of liberty for patrons and the surrounding Catherine Hall community.
Perched above and directly in front of the stage, this was a well-sought-after
hang-out spot. Invited guests also enjoyed similar premium products
offered at CPJ's Hospitality Suite.
All in all, three great nights of wonderful fun, music and entertainment
and CPJ never missed a beat.
