Wexford Jazz brunch - all you can eat

The Hip Strip's favourite place for brunch, the Wexford Court Hotel
will roll out a delectable menu of Jamaican specialty, coupled with
a healthy treat for revellers attending the Air Jamaica Jazz and
Blues Festival.

Tagged the 'all you can eat' brunch, the resorts' new executive
chef Washburn Lawrence and his culinary team say they have recognised
that the demand for quality service will increase during the six-day
festival, hence the plans to offer a mouth-watering treat.
The culinary feast will open at 7:30 a.m. and close at 2:00 p.m.
daily from this Friday to Sunday.
"This will be a one-of-a-kind experience, we will have on
offer great international and Jamaican cuisine, as well as a health
corner with servings of curried vegetable stew, grilled vegetable
salad with virgin olive oil paw-paw and fruit juices," said
the hotel chairman, Carlyle Allen.
He said that the resort can seat 135 guests at any given time,
and in the event anything extra is needed on the menu, he will make
sure it is prepared to order.
The scrumptious bill of fare includes a selection of fresh juices,
hot and cold cereal, fresh fruits, freshly- baked pastries, boiled
bananas, boiled yam, fried dumpling, fried bammy, festival, fried
plantain, mackerel rundown, pepper steak, sautéed liver and
kidney, sweet and sour chicken, ackee and codfish, escoveitched
fish, eggs of all kinds, coffee or tea.
The Wexford
Ideally located on Montego Bay's Hip Strip, the Wexford Court Hotel
is known for its ambience and great tasting food.
The hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the Aqueduct Golf Course
in Rose Hall where the Air Jamaica Jazz and Blues Festival is being
held, five minutes from the Sangster International Airport and downtown
Montego Bay.
