Tagged the 'all you can eat' brunch, the resorts' new executive chef Washburn Lawrence and his culinary team say they have recognised that the demand for quality service will increase during the six-day festival, hence the plans to offer a mouth-watering treat.

The culinary feast will open at 7:30 a.m. and close at 2:00 p.m. daily from this Friday to Sunday.

"This will be a one-of-a-kind experience, we will have on offer great international and Jamaican cuisine, as well as a health corner with servings of curried vegetable stew, grilled vegetable salad with virgin olive oil paw-paw and fruit juices," said the hotel chairman, Carlyle Allen.

He said that the resort can seat 135 guests at any given time, and in the event anything extra is needed on the menu, he will make sure it is prepared to order.

The scrumptious bill of fare includes a selection of fresh juices, hot and cold cereal, fresh fruits, freshly- baked pastries, boiled bananas, boiled yam, fried dumpling, fried bammy, festival, fried plantain, mackerel rundown, pepper steak, sautéed liver and kidney, sweet and sour chicken, ackee and codfish, escoveitched fish, eggs of all kinds, coffee or tea.

The Wexford

Ideally located on Montego Bay's Hip Strip, the Wexford Court Hotel is known for its ambience and great tasting food.

The hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the Aqueduct Golf Course in Rose Hall where the Air Jamaica Jazz and Blues Festival is being held, five minutes from the Sangster International Airport and downtown Montego Bay.
