Palmyra Resort appoints new VP
THE PALMYRA Resort & Spa at Rose Hall, the first and
only luxury beachfront condo hotel community in Jamaica, has announced
the appointment of Dennis Constanzo as vice-president of development.
Constanzo will oversee all facets of project development including
operations, construction, government relations, human resources,
sales, marketing and finances. Located next to the famed Ritz-Carlton®
Rose Hall on 16 acres of pristine waterfront land in Montego Bay,
The Palmyra offers a variety of amenities all in a tropical village
setting.
"Dennis is a proven leader and will be integral to the seamless
execution of The Palmyra's development and growth objectives,"
says Robert T. Trotta, moving force behind the Resort Properties
Group and developer of The Palmyra. "With many years of resort
development and real estate experience and his fundamental understanding
of all facets of the resort development process, Dennis is the ideal
candidate for The Palmyra's needs as it establishes itself as the

PORTFOLIO
Constanzo comes to The Palmyra from Lionheart Global Development
in Pasadena, California, where he oversaw all aspects of development
for a 250-room resort in the Caribbean including contract negotiations,
development agreements with the government and budgets. Prior to
Lionheart, he served as vice-president of The Oak Knoll Group, Inc.,
a start-up real estate development and asset management company
also based in Pasadena. He was instrumental in the creation of The
Oak Knoll Group, building the company from the ground up. Under
his leadership, The Oak Knoll Group developed a diversified portfolio
of assets for third-party owners, including approximately two million
square feet of commercial real estate and more than 900 apartment
units. Constanzo received his MBA at Pepperdine University from
its prestigious Presidential Key Executive Programme. Originally
hailing from Pasadena, California, he will now reside in Jamaica
with his wife and family.
