Caribbean Business Club Jamaica - open for CWC 2007

There are no boundaries to where you talk business but JAMPRO, through its Caribbean Business Club and Jamaica Attraction Investment Programme (JIAP) initiatives, is leaving nothing to chance. Avid cricket fans who want to conduct business while in Jamaica for CWC 2007, or simply network with key executives, are welcome to do so at one of the two Caribbean Business Club clubhouses. Local business people, who want to meet with international counterparts and explore trade prospects or exchange business ideas, can do that as well.

JAMPRO, through its JIAP programme, has targeted key leads for investment and trade in new and emerging markets like India and Australia, and has invited them to be part of its hosting programme.

Open daily, 7 a.m. - midnight from March 11-27; the Kingston Clubhouse will be located on Barbados Avenue in the heart of New Kingston's financial district. Club members and specially invited guests will have access to private meeting rooms, a fully equipped media centre, and a relaxing restaurant & lounge.

full calendar activities

A full calendar of evening activities has also been developed in conjunction with official Caribbean Business Club sponsors JPS, Cable & Wireless, Development Bank of Jamaica, and 3M. Export-ready companies that have registered with JAMPRO will also have the opportunity to house displays and interact with potential buyers.

The Montego Bay Clubhouse will be housed at the Half Moon Shopping Plaza, Rose Hall. It will be set up as a business lounge and remain open from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. from March 3-25.
